Not bad for your first portal submission.
The character designs are pretty good but you should at least utilize basic things such as stopping your animation after its over. I'm ty ping this and I keep hearing the Harlem shake.

Ive always wondered how to make that twitching effect like the words had. Is it just a movie clip?

Turn whatever you've drawn into a movie clip, enter the movie clip, stick a keyfram two frames forward, smoothen the lines, stick another keyframe two frames forward, smoothen the lines, add one regular frame, done.
